It's hard to believe that it's already November! This year has flown by so quickly and it's been an amazing whirlwind for me personally and in yoga. Thank you all for being a big part of my life this year! So what do we do with the remaining two months of the year when our lives get busy, the days are shorter and the wind is cold? This is the time of the year when it gets very easy to talk yourself out of doing something good for yourself. It's cold and dark outside and sometimes it would just be nice to stay in and stay warm. I can relate. However, the best time to commit to something is when it is the most difficult. Thinking back to when I started my yoga practice years ago, it was in November and it was cold and I was in pain. I had headaches, neck and back pain and a job that drained every ounce of my energy. It was a struggle to get back out in the dark and cold after I was home, nice and toasty. But I did it because I made the commitment to myself to feel better. AND I ALWAYS FELT BETTER. In life we will always be able to make excuses or create obstacles for ourselves, because it's easier and it's the way we have trained ourselves to live. Same = Safe. Even if same is not good for you! So my advice for you is ~ "Rainy Days and Mondays..." THE BEST TIME TO DO YOGA! See you on your mat (or chair)!

What Our Clients Are Saying
"I love my online classes with Jeannine. Her compassion and enthusiasm have spurred me on to get back to yoga after many, many years. I like to watch the live classes when I can, because it keeps me more accountable, but when I can't be there for the live showing, I can repeat that class later. I especially like that I can go back and practice past classes, too, providing a good variety during the week." ---Susan W.
