Mindful Movement and Meditation for Stress Management

Join Jeannine as she guides us through mindful movement and meditation to manage stress. The winter months can be a challenging time with the busy-ness of the holidays, the colder weather and darker days. In Mindful Movement and Meditation we will explore ways to cultivate self awareness, become familiar with what causes us stress and ways mindfulness can help us respond to stressors and learn the beauty of being in the present moment.
Our two hours together will consist of accessible yoga (all levels welcome), meditation and mindfulness techniques that can be used in our daily lives OFF the mat.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required!
Light snack and tea will be provided.
